Can I get a piece in a different colour?
Yes, custom colours are available on request. Send us a message with the piece and the colours you would like.
Can you make something that isn't on the website?
Yes. Janki takes on almost any kind of handwork: jewellery, garments, mobile covers and pieces for your home. Send us a message with your idea, colours and occasion.
How long do made-to-order pieces take?
The making time is shown on the product page. We will also tell you how long it will take before you confirm your order.
Will my piece look exactly like the photo?
Every piece is embroidered by hand, so small differences in colour and stitching are natural. They make each piece unique.
Care
How do I look after embroidered jewellery?
Keep it away from water and perfume, and store it in the pouch it came in when you are not wearing it.
